臨機応変のスタイルと技術を持ち、トーンを探究するギタリスト。
1996年,Guniw Toolsのメンバーとしてプロデビュー。以来プロ・ミュージシャンとして活動。
2003年ソロプロジェクトcloudchairを始動。
ギタリスト・作曲家としてアーティストのライブやレコーディングに参加（櫻井敦司 (BUCK-TICK)、清春、ENDS、hitomi、T.M.Revolution…等）
2015年, 櫻井敦司と共にTHE MORTALを結成。
音楽のみならずウェブデザインや映像制作等も手がけるクリエイターとして活動中。
特に楽器デモ演奏は国際的に高い評価を受けており、Line 6やOne Controlなど国内外楽器ブランドの公式動画を多数制作している。

Jake is a Japanese guitar player. Jake has versatile styles, techniques and awesome tone.
In 1996, Jake started his pro musician’s career as a member of Guniw Tools. Then began his solo project cloudchair in 2003.
Working as a guitarist / composer for live performances and recordings with famous Japanese artists: Atsushi Sakurai(Buck-Tick), Kiyoharu, hitomi, T.M.Revolution and more.
Formed a new band THE MORTAL with Atsushi Sakurai (BUCK-TICK) in 2015.
Jake also creates websites and movie. Especially guitar demo movies are internationally appreciated.

Guniw Tools
- 1992
- Guniw Toolsに加入。ギター/作曲/アレンジ/ミックス等を担当。
“Prototype 1”, “Prototype 2”, “Conspiracy of Silence”, “Peacemaker on the Table”, “Refuge”, “Of the Foul”等の音源及び映像作品を自主制作。 - 1995
- ビクターエンタテインメントと契約を結ぶ。レコーディングの後に上京。
- 1996
- ビデオ集”1992 – 1994″でメジャーデビュー。1stアルバム”Niwlun”, ビデオ集”VV Niwlun”, シングル”Fancy Pink”発表。
- 1997
- シングル”ヨモギの心”, 2ndアルバムOther Goose”、ミニアルバム”Sparky”, ビデオ”VV Other Goose”, “VV Sparky”発表。
NHKホールでのライブを最後に脱退。 - 1998
- 在籍時最後のライブを収録したアルバム”Live Sparky”, ビデオ”VV Live Sparky”発表。
- 2003
